It\u2019s a  collaborative effort and we hope to attract broad spectrum of the  community \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/ginaharrison.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/09\/creativeconvs_color.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-163\" height=\"45\" src=\"http:\/\/ginaharrison.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/09\/creativeconvs_color.jpg?w=150&amp;h=45\" title=\"CreativeConvs_color\" width=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pittsboro, NC\u2014<\/strong>NHS Arts Education Foundation,  ChathamArts, and the NHS Arts Education department are partnering with  Americans for the Arts to host an Emerging Leader Creative Conversation  in Pittsboro on Tuesday, October&nbsp;5,&nbsp;2010. Creative Conversations bring  together local emerging arts leaders and community members to discuss  issues regarding the arts in their communities. Creative Conversations  are part of National Arts and Humanities Month programs coordinated by  Americans for the Arts. The event is free and open to the public. To  attend, register online at&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/bh5BnP\" title=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/bh5BnP\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/bh5BnP<\/a><br \/>\nThe local Creative Conversation features an interactive discussion  with special guests EbzB Productions\u2019 Serena Ebhardt &amp; David zum  Brunnen. Teachers, parents, students and artists are invited to learn  about&nbsp;Arts Integration\u2014What it is, how it works, and how it benefits  students and teachers in multiple disciplines. Recognized in the North  Carolina Arts Council Touring Artist Directory and in the South Carolina  Arts Commission AIE Roster of Approved Artists, EbzB artists have been  trained by The Lincoln Center Institute and The John F. Kennedy Center  for the Performing Arts to teach Arts in Education Workshops.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Creative Conversations<\/strong> are free&nbsp;and&nbsp;open to the  public. Last year, more than 1,500 emerging arts leaders participated in  43 locally hosted Creative Conversations held throughout the country.
